We ask that you treat this home as you would the home of a good friend or beloved relative. No parties or events. No pets. No smoking/vaping. You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Per city requirements, maximum occupancy is 10 guests in the home and 4 vehicles parked off-street and in the driveway. Please come and have a nice time, but be aware that behavior that is disrespectful or disruptive will result in forfeiting the remainder of your stay. No illegal substances allowed on the property. Our rates help to cover the costs of providing a living wage to those wonderful folks who help clean and prepare the home, yard, and the hot tub for your arrival. Please make note of our cancellation policy. We strongly encourage the use of travel insurance when you book a trip.

The home is located in a well-established neighborhood just a stone’s throw from downtown Kerrville, TX. Kerrville is a small town within a short distance of all the Texas Hill Country has to offer. The town itself has lots of city parks, a trail along the Guadalupe River, and easy access to the well-known towns of Fredericksburg, Boerne, and Bandera. There is plenty to do right in town. Our home is only one mile from the shops and restaurants in downtown Kerrville. Enjoy fine dining on a deck overlooking the Guadalupe River at 1011 Bistro. For a more relaxed environment, try Billy Gene’s for chicken fried steak and other Texas Hill Country fare. Or reward yourself with a beer right at the end of the Kerrville River Trail at Trailhead Beer Garden. If you enjoy a day out on the fairway, we are less than 1/3 of a mile from Scott Schreiner Municipal Golf Course. Also nearby are Louise Hays Park and the Guadalupe River trails. Only two miles from the interstate, our home is the perfect jumping-off point for exploring the beautiful Texas Hill Country. Planning for a day on the Texas Wine Trail? Start at Turtle Creek Olives and Vines, only five minutes from the house, where you can sample both private label wine and authentic olive oil in a beautiful landmark 1890 building. Then make your way towards one of 50 unique and picturesque wineries in the Hill Country. Spend the day in Fredericksburg, sampling more wines or visiting the many shops and restaurants in the walkable downtown area. For some history, check out the National Museum of the Pacific War. If you’re looking for outdoor fun, discover Enchanted Rock State Natural Area, with 8.4 miles of hiking trails, a nature trail, interpretive exhibits, rock climbing, cave exploration, and more. If you’ve always wanted to be a cowboy, don’t miss Bandera, the Cowboy Capital of the World. You’ll feel like you’ve stepped right onto the set of an old Western. Take a ranch tour, go horseback riding, visit the Rodeo, enjoy nightly outdoor music, or participate in a Saturday afternoon “gunfight.”
