A beautiful, well equipped, low effort, place to stay for our three generation group of eight over spring break. The hosts were particularly easy to deal with. Note that this is the quieter side of the lake, so if you’re looking for more activities and hotspots, consider the other side as an option. It was just right for our group that was centered on little kiddo activities.

This house was one of my favorite Airbnb‘s! That was very helpful throughout our stay. The house was just as described and accommodated our group well. It was clean and they thought of everything we could possibly need the location was convenient to everything we wanted to do. The outdoor space was absolutely amazing. It’s so great to sit outside and just relax. I would definitely stay here again.

Matched the description perfectly! Tons of space and room for everyone! The backyard was very peaceful, even in the cold weather we had at the time of our stay. Vince was very responsive and gave clear instructions for everything, I never even needed to ask a question! Very clean also, such an important detail!

Our family used Vince's space for the holidays and it was wonderful. Between all the games and activities, we didn't even get to use the hot tub - there was just too much to do! Aside from the space, Vince was incredibly communicative and worked with us to meet our unique needs. We're very grateful to have used the space and highly recommend it!

We were in Kerrville for my daughter’s wedding and needed a place to put inbound traveling family. We weren’t initially sure how many people would be there but all worked out and they were in love with the space.
All had an amazing stay, and we all decided that we need to go back just so we could stay and chill out, visit and relax when we don’t have an agenda to adhere to! Lovely place!
